The 2016 ARSC conference will be held at the Biddle Hotel and Conference Center, located in the historic Indiana Memorial Union. Nestled in the heart of Indiana University campus, the IMU offers multiple dining options, the IU Bookstore, bowling alley and billiards, hair salon, and technology center. Within a short walk from IMU you can visit exhibits at the Lilly Library, the IU Art Museum, the Kinsey Institute, the Mathers Museum of World Cultures, and the Archives of Traditional Music, in addition to collections at the Herman B. Wells Library and the William and Gayle Cook Music Library. Bloomington's lively Kirkwood Avenue and Downtown Entertainment District are also within walking distance from IMU, offering a diverse range of restaurants, shopping, galleries, and nightlife.

The Biddle Hotel offers guest rooms and suites with luxurious linens and pillow top mattresses, flat screen televisions with premium channels, complimentary wireless internet access, spacious work areas, complimentary self-parking and morning newspaper.

Our contracted dates extend from Monday May 9 through Saturday May 15, 2016, with Sunday departure. If you wish to reserve rooms outside of the Monday-Saturday room block you will need to make your reservation by telephone. Those attending the two day pre-conference workshop should plan to arrive on Monday. The deadline to make reservations at the Biddle Hotel is April 18, 2016. Reservations made after this date, or after our room block is filled, will be on a space available basis at the prevailing rate.

$164 S/D for rooms with 1 King SOLD OUT or 2 Queen beds AVAILABLE
$154 S/D for rooms with 2 Full beds AVAILABLE
$129 S/D for rooms with 1 Queen bed SOLD OUT
$119 S/D for Economy Queen (limited availability) SOLD OUT
$109 S/D for rooms with 1 Full bed SOLD OUT
Rooms with one bed can accommodate 2 people, while rooms with two beds can accommodate up to 4 at no additional charge. Roll-a-way beds can be added to rooms with 2 queen beds for an additional $10 per night. All rooms currently subject to 12% tax. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 1:00 PM.
