To register and pay by mail or email, complete and return the ARSC Conference Registration Form. All prices are in US dollars.

Student members in good standing may apply for free registration in return for working a four hour shift at the registration desk. Available to the first eight (8) successful applicants, beginning March 2 at noon EST (follow instructions here).

Step 1: Register for the conference and opening night reception

Please submit this form once for each person attending the ARSC conference and/or opening night reception. If you are the spouse or partner of a member and will not be attending any sessions but would like to join us for the reception, please select the final option under registration and provide your contact information in the boxes below so that we can provide a nametag.

You may register multiple attendees with one payment—just make sure to complete the boxes below for each attendee when selecting his or her registration type. Please note that all fields in step 1 are required.

ARSC depends on additional gifts to further its many missions. Unrestricted gifts allow ARSC the greatest flexibility. Please give as much as you can to one or more of ARSC's funds. All additional gifts are fully tax-deductible in the year they are given.
