Base fee:
  • Conference registration rate for ARSC Members who purchase tickets on or before April 15, 2025.
  • Conference registration rate for non-ARSC Members who purchase tickets on or before April 15, 2025.
  • Conference registration rate for student ARSC Members who purchase tickets on or before April 15, 2025.
  • Conference registration rate for students who are not ARSC Members and who purchase tickets on or before April 15, 2025.
  • Single-day conference registration rate (Thursday OR Friday).
  • Single-day conference registration rate (Saturday only).
  • Conference registration rate for a spouse or partner of an ARSC Member,
  • Conference registration for exhibitors. Exhibitor fees will be invoiced separately.

ARSC's 59th Annual Conference will be held May 14-17, 2024 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown!

Tulsa is home to The Church StudioThe Woody Guthrie CenterThe Bob Dylan CenterThe Gilcrease Museum's Native American Collection, and The Philbrook Museum of Art, as well as a vibrant local music scene. The conference will include presentations, tours, and outings that focus on these attractions.

The program will include individual presentations, posters, and panel discussions with sound recording scholars, collectors, preservationists, and creators engaged in a broad range of topics that cross geographic, cultural, and collection boundaries. There will also be tours of The Church Studio, The Woody Guthrie Center and The Bob Dylan Center, as well as a silent auction and social events (screenings, Ask the Technical Committee, a Collector's Roundtable) offered each evening.
