Base fee:

01. Member Conference (Early) – $225.00
In-person conference registration rate for ARSC Members who purchase tickets on or before April 30, 2026.
02. Non-Member Conference (Early) – $250.00
In-person conference registration rate for non-ARSC Members who purchase tickets on or before April 30, 2026.
03. Student/Emerging Member Conference (Early) – $95.00
In-person conference registration rate for ARSC Members at the Student or Emerging Professional/Collector Levels who purchase tickets on or before April 30, 2026.
04. Student Non-Member Conference (Early) – $105.00
Conference registration rate for students who are not ARSC Members and who purchase tickets on or before April 30, 2026.
05. One Day Registration (Thursday or Friday) – $95.00
Single-day in-person conference registration rate (Thursday OR Friday). To attend Thursday and Friday please register for the full conference.
06. One Day Registration (Saturday) – $35.00
Single-day conference registration rate (Saturday only).

ARSC's 60th Annual Conference will be held May 14-16, 2025 in Memphis, Tennessee at the Sheraton Memphis Downtown.

The hotel is just steps away from Beale Street and its many music venues, and Memphis is home to several other sites of interest to music and recorded sound enthusiasts, including Sun Records, Stax Museum of American Soul Music, Graceland, Memphis Symphony Orchestra, Blues Hall of Fame Museum, Memphis Listening Lab, University of Memphis Music Library and School of Music, and Memphis Music Hall of Fame.

The program will include individual presentations, posters, and panel discussions with sound recording scholars, collectors, preservationists, and creators engaged in a broad range of topics that cross geographic, cultural, and collection boundaries.
