Led by Tre Berney (Director of Digitization and Conservation Services, Cornell University), Ruthann McTyre (Andrew W. Mellon Foundation Director of the Gilmore Music Library, Yale University), and Mark Bailey (Head, Historical Sound Recordings, Yale University), the webinar presents practical information on how those on the front lines of collections work and those with more overarching roles can maintain healthy relationships and collaborate to create sustainability for specialized collections.
